环保聚丙烯蜂窝斜管填料的选用规格与技术参数
蜂窝斜管主要用于各种沉淀和除砂作用，中大通公司生产的蜂窝斜管填料的材质有聚丙烯PP、增强PP、FRP玻璃钢，蜂窝斜管孔径主要有φ35mm、φ50mm、φ80mm，具体选用哪种孔径，需针对不同水质要求而定。水质较好的地方要用φ35mm的蜂窝斜管，例如自来水厂，其水质本来就很好，如果用大孔径的斜管填料，它的沉淀效果并不明显，会产生水质不清的结果。水质差的地方较好用φ50mm、φ80mm的蜂窝斜管，例如污水处理厂和其它工业厂矿。
中大通公司生产的蜂窝斜管，长1000mm,宽1000mm,安装角度为60°，比重为0.92g/cm³，使用温度为5—50℃。由于蜂窝斜管的比重略小于水，因此应用æ10mm的螺纹钢或圆钢拉筋固定在填料上方,防止其松动上浮，也可用尼龙绳捆扎在下部钢筋上，钢筋和角钢均采用环氧煤沥青防腐。
